GENERAL COMPETITION RULES
1. ORGANISED BY: Swimming club "SPARTAK", 24000 Subotica, Grabovačka bb, Serbia
2. TIME: 26th and 27th of June 2010. (Saturday at 14,00 /Sunday at 09,00)
PLACE: Outdoor swimming pool in"Dudova šuma" in Subotica, Grabovačka street,
length 50 m, with 8 lanes, water temperature 25 °C
3. ElegibilIty for competition: Right to participate in this competition, according to international rules, has every domestic and foreign competitor, who’s 25th birthday is in year 2010, and older, who is duly entered according to Paragraph 4. of these Rules, and who paid the entry fee according to paragraph 5, not later then one hour the before first part of competition. Relays can be put together only from the members of the same club or same city. It is recommended that all competitors pass health examination. Each competitor is responsible for his own health and he/she is entering this competition at his/her own risk.
4. ENTRIES: Entries to be sent on entry form by e-mail, fax or mail. Entry deadline: June 20th 2010.
Entry form can be downloaded in Excel from www. magyar.sport.hu/uszas. Organizer will send entry form upon request addressed to swimclub@tippnet.rs by e-mail.
Entries sent after the deadline will be accepted at latest until 12,30 PM on Saturday. Fees for such entries will be doubled. Also these competitors will be able to swim, but their results will not be considered as official.
5. ENTRY FEES
- individual events: RSD 200,00 (EUR 2,00) per event
- 70 years of age and older in individual events: No fee for two events
- relays (except for age group VI.): RSD 400,00 (EUR 4,00) per relay
Entry fees are to be paid on June 26th 2010. between 11,00 and 13,00 at the competition premises.

Organizer withhold the right to take competitors from more age categories and put them together in one race, but each category will be awarded separately.
7. COMPETITION PROGRAME:

8. PRIZES: The first three of each event in each age category and first three relays in each age category will be awarded with diplomas. Competitor with most valuable time in the “Ladóczki János” Memorial Race will be awarded with special prize.
9. ACCOMODATION:
Accomodation for the nights of 25th/26th and 26th/27th of June 2010 is available. For reservations please contact organizers as soon as possible. Very nice rooms are available in High School Dormitory at special prices.
a.) Two-, three- and four-bed rooms with own showers and toilette, on the 3rd floor, prices per room:
2-bed room: RSD 2.500,00 / EUR 25,00
3-bed room: RSD 3.400,00 / EUR 34,00
4-bed room: RSD 4.200,00 / EUR 42,00
b.) Beds in three- four- and five-bed rooms, with shared showers and bathroom on the 2nd floor
2-bed room: RSD 2.200,00 / EUR 22,00
3-bed room: RSD 2.850,00 / EUR 28,50
4-bed room: RSD 3.400,00 / EUR 34,00
5-bed room: RSD 3.750,00 / EUR 37,50 All prices without breakfast.
Organizer is expecting reservations either by marking the appropriate field of the entry form, or in a separate letter. Please submit reservations in the same deadline as of the entry forms for the competition.After the deadline organizer will not take responsibility for accommodation availability. Accommodation costs are to be paid along with entry fees.
10. DINNER FOR ALL COMPETITORS:
On Saturday evening a dinner will be organized for all competitors for RSD 1.000,00 / EUR 10,00 per person. Unlimited food and beverages are included in this price. Reservations for dinner have to be marked on entry form. Dinner is to be paid to organizers along with entry fees. Deadline for dinner reservations is Saturday at 13,00 at swimming pool.
11. Money exchange info: Regular currency in Serbia is Serbian Dinar (RSD). Exchange offices are all over the city. For info on exchange rate visit http://www.nbs.rs/export/internet/english/index.html. Entry fees, accommodation and dinner tickets can be paid in EUR or HUF, as well.
