- Promovarea înotului în general şi a înotului pentru adulţi în special;
- Îmbunătăţirea relaţiilor cu celelalte cluburi de înot masters;
- Îmbunătăţirea relaţiilor colegiale din cadrul clubului;
- Creşterea imaginii clubului, pe plan local, naţional şi internaţional;
- Atragerea de noi membrii, indiferent de nivelul sportiv;
- Organizarea unor activităţi şi evenimente de interes pentru membrii clubului;
- Creşterea numărului de participanţi la competiţiile organizate de club (în special) şi la cele care participă clubul;
- Creşterea nivelului performanţelor realizate în competiţii;
- Colaborarea cu alte organizaţii în vederea organizării de activităţi şi evenimente ce promovează mişcarea sportivă.
