Call for DKMT Euroregion Endurance Cup 2025

• Event date: Saturday, November 22, 2025
• Venue: "Bega" Swimming Pool, Circumvalaţiunii area, Timișoara, 25m, 6 lanes, water temperature approximately 29°C, manual timing
• Target group: Persons over 18 years of age
• Purpose: Development of masters swimming in the DKMT Euroregion
• Organizer: Masters Swimming Club Timișoara in collaboration with Timiș County Directorate for Sports and Faculty of Physical Education and Sports - West University of Timișoara

• LEN regulations apply
• Heat and lane assignments are based on entry times (age or gender not considered)
• Competition is conducted in seeded heats: slowest first, fastest last
• Final rankings are based on times achieved in heats, by age groups and gender
• Any relay team from a club must be composed exclusively of athletes from that club
• In a relay event, a participant may compete in only one team
• Based on placement in each event's rankings, points are allocated to the top eight finishers in each event:

• Medals are awarded to participants placing in the top 3 positions in individual events (except underwater swimming) by age groups and gender)
• Diplomas are awarded by age groups and gender to relay teams placing in the top 3 positions, and to participants placing in the top 3 positions in underwater swimming
• The DKMT Euroregion Cup is awarded to the club achieving the highest total points during the competition in individual events (sum of points obtained by its members. No points are awarded for relay events and underwater swimming)
• Trophies are awarded for best performance by gender
• A cup is awarded for commitment (highest individual points by gender)

• Event 1: 800m / 1500m freestyle
• Event 2: 100m individual medley (IM)
• Event 3: 50m butterfly
• Event 4: 200m backstroke
• Event 5: 50m breaststroke
• Event 6: 200m butterfly
• Event 7: 50m backstroke
• Event 8: 200m breaststroke
• Event 9: 50m freestyle
• Event 10: 400m individual medley (IM)
• Event 11: 25m underwater swimming
• Event 12: 4x25m freestyle relay
• Event 13: 4x25m medley relay
• Event 14: 4x25m mixed freestyle relay (2 men + 2 women)
• Event 15: 4x25m mixed medley relay (2 men + 2 women)

• Events will be conducted only if there are entries
• Relays will be conducted within the time limit for which pool usage approval exists

• Participation in the competition requires appropriate health status and good physical condition of participants
• Participants takes full responsibility regarding the risks of swimming practice and competition participation

• All the persons who have reached 18 years of age by the competition date may register
• No qualifying times necessary!
• On competition day, each participant must register at the competition secretariat before the races
• Online registration deadline: November 18, 2025, 11:59 PM
• For online registrations, the competition entry fee is 15 lei/event. A 3-event package (at least one event 200m or longer) can be purchased for 40 lei
• 1 relay event costs 30 lei per team
• On-site registrations can be made until 12:00, with an entry fee of 20 lei/event, and a 3-event package (at least one event 200m or longer) can be purchased for 50 lei
• Payment can be made on-site (at competition secretariat) until 12:00, or by bank transfer by November 18, 2025, to account: Masters Swimming Club Timișoara, account: RO 47 BRDE 360 SV 58 64 11 23 600 BRD Continental, Timișoara, tax code 22406183. Payment description: competition entry fee. Payment order should be sent attached to an email to contact@timisoara.inot-masters.ro
• In case of non-participation in events, paid fees are non-refundable
• Start list modifications can be made until 12:00
• Lists with participant lane assignments will be posted before event start within the pool facility

• By registering for the event, participants authorize organizers to use and reproduce any material containing images from the event duration that include participants
• The event will be broadcast online in real-time on the Internet. The corresponding link will be published before event start on the event's Facebook account and website http://www.timisoara.inot-masters.ro/

2. Personal Data processed are those voluntarily provided to the Club, directly, during interaction with the Club, for example when completing a form/questionnaire related to Club-organized activities (including through online platforms).
