General Information

Date: Saturday 25.05.2019;

Target group: 18+
-
Mission: promotion of masters swimming practice;
-
Hosts: Masters Swimming Club Timişoara, Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, Youth and Sport Directorate - Timis County.
Age groups
-
age groups for individual events are: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, etc;
-
age groups for relays are: 70-99, 100-119, 120-159, 160-199, 200-239, 240-279, etc.
Rules
-
The current LEN rules, as of the date of the meet, and warm up procedures will be followed.;
-
The heats and distribution on lanes are based on the declared registration times only (age and sex are not taken into consideration);
-
All events will be run slowest to fastest;
-
The classification is based on swimming time according to age groups and sex;
-
All members of a relay team must be from the same club;
-
No swimmer may swim more than once in any relay event.
Awards
- medals shall be awarded to individual competitors placed first to third in each event and age group;
-
diplomas shall be awarded to teams placed first to third in each relay event and age group;
-
The cup will be awarded to the team with highest sum of the points obtained by its members..
Program
Warm up: 12,30-13,00;
Opening ceremony: 13,00-13,15;
The contest starts: 13,15
Event 1: 25 m butterfly
Event 2: 100 m breastroke
Event 3: 25 m backstroke
Event 4: 100 m freestyle
Event 5: 25 m breastroke
Event 6: 100 m butterfly
Event 7: 25 m freestyle
Event 8: 100 m backstroke
Event 9: 100 m medley
Event 10: 4x25 m freestyle
Event 11: 4x25 m medley
Event 12: 4x25 m freestyle mixed (2 males + 2 females)
Event 13: 4x25 m under-water (regardless the gender)
The events will take place depending on the existing registrations.
Risk of accidents

Participation in the competition requires a proper health and good physical condition of participants;
-
Participants will assume responsibility for risks and risks of participation in practice swimming competition.
Registration
-
Open to any swimmer 18 years old as of date of the contest;
-
There are no qualifying times necessary to enter the meet;
-
Entries must be received by 23.05.2019, time 23,00 at Registration Form
-
You can make entries and on the spot, in which case the fee will be double;
-
Swimmers must register in person at the secretariat, before they can swim;
-
Entry fees: Individual 25 lei/3 events (online registration), any extra will be an additional of 10 lei/event; For relays, the fee is 20 lei/relay.

If registration happens in the day of the competition, the fee is 40 lei / 3 events , any extra will be an additional of 10 lei/event;

Relays’ registration till 13:30 hrs.;

Payment on the spot till 12:30 hrs, or through a bank, no later than 23th of May, for: Clubul de Inot MASTERS Timisoara, account: RO 47 BRDE 360 SV 58 64 11 23 600 BRDBank, “Continental” branch, Timisoara, cod fiscal 22406183. Subject of the payment: “taxa de participare la concurs”

No refunds will be given out after in case of no show up at the start.;
Participants’ seeding on lanes for each event will be posted, during the contest, on billboard.
